Hans Rudolf Giger just looks frightening. Born in Chur, Switzerland, the surrealist painting, sculptor and set designer is most noted for his Academy Award for Best Visual Effects thanks to his work in creating and doing design work on the film "Alien." Giger was noted for his Lovecraft inspired drawings of gruesome creators that writer of "Alien", Dan O'Bannon was impressed by. His nightmarish works are often compared to the works of Ernst Fuchs and Salvidor Dali, the latter of whom Giger was able to meet. And last but not least, two [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] video games, "Dark Seed" and "Dark Seed [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] II" were designed by Giger and effectively evoke the darkness and terror of his work in game form.
